To book or change an appointment, please call or visit your provider's office directly. DoctorConnect doesn't schedule appointments on behalf of practices.
Reply to a Text Reminder
Reply C to confirm, R to reschedule, or use the link in the message. Text STOP at any time to opt out.
Fill Out a Form
If you received a digital intake form link, open it on any device to complete and sign before your visit.
Reach Your Provider
For clinical questions, prescriptions, or billing, contact your provider's office directly.
Stop Receiving Messages
Reply STOP to any text message and we'll opt you out immediately.
